Muslims.... Christians.... BURNING! Who's REALLY holding the match?

It would be really easy and I actually am fighting off the urge to start this hub with the obvious fact, (at least obvious to me) that we are watching biblical prophecy unfold right before our very eyes. Wars, rumors of wars, hate, fighting, pestilence, famine, earthquakes.... ALL intensifying and increasing exponentially! However, I really feel in my Spirit that I need to address another blindside attack from the enemy. As a Bible believing, spirit filled Christian, I believe that there is a battle that wages and rages in the spirit realm 24/7 and that battle has been intensifying since "Time began". Right now I see in the headlines daily the words "burn" and "burning" when dealing with the rift between Islam and Christianity.
Muslims burning bibles, Christians 'almost' burning qurans, Muslims burning Christians alive, Christians bu.... wait..... did I just say "Muslims burning Christians alive? yes, I did, and they are! I first saw a video being circulated on youtube where a group of Muslims, (I'm sure extremists), were burning several Christians. Then the same video started popping up on Facebook, all over the place. I'll warn you now, if you run across it, it's real and it's very graphic and VERY disturbing. Naturally, my first reaction was one of anger and disgust mixed with grief and thoughts of retaliation. I think I even said out loud, "Oh my God! You fricken morons! How can you DO THAT?" Then I started to wonder, how do I know who's burning who? Where did this video come from? So I asked a couple of the people who posted it, "are you sure this is Muslims burning Christians? How do you know?"
At one point I heard it was from Voice of the Martyrs but don't really know. Not that it matters now. I
happen to know for a fact now through some African friends, (In Northern Nigeria)
that this does indeed take place, Muslims burn Christians, (Or some do I should
say). At which point I typed into a video search engine, "Muslims burn Christians" and hundreds of pages appeared of people burning, churches burning, books and houses and towns... ALL BURNING! Then, (sometimes it takes a sledge hammer to remind me who I am and where the REAL battle is) I realized what I was looking at. I was looking at one of the hallmarks of another all out push of the demonic!
It was, is and always will be satans number one priority to DIVIDE and conquer people. ALL people. In that light I began to once again see the demonic at work in all of it. The bible say's, "We war not against flesh and blood" and "the weapons of OUR warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.
What's happening right now with people burning people is
evil and these people are either flat out possessed or at the very least being
led by demonic spirits with the intent not only to kill Christians, (he's still trying to kill Jesus) but
to further spread hate and division, strife, bitterness,... EVIL! The battle is intensifying and it's NOT A GAME! We
need to see and be reminded that our part, our prayers our love our
commitment to God and our commitment to HIS children is vitally important, now more than
ever. The battle belongs to the Lord, but... so do I, so do all who call upon the Lord as savior. I believe that Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. I also believe that God chooses that NONE perish but all have eternal life with Him in perfection.It is not His desire that anyone be mislead and you know it's most certainly not His will that we kill and Burn each other in the name of religion!

like this can and are brought down through prayer... War in the Spirit! As Christians, as a people who are filled with the Spirit of God,we have authority over these spirits! In Jesus name, even across oceans, we can war in the spirit! I've done it! I've also seen it right in front of my face, In prayer, I've seen people manifest evil spirits and actually be delivered from evil right before my eyes. Yes, I believe we need to sound the alarm, wake each other up, go ahead and show these atrocities if that's what it takes to remind us that WE ARE IN A SPIRITUAL BATTLE and we have authority! satan is a liar and a bully! He was defeated at the cross and he's still defeated today but he would have you believe that he has the authority.... and he does.... if we let him! We have to take our God given authority over him. For the time being he still roams about roaring (like) a lion, looking for whom he may devour, and trust me, left unchecked he will continue to devour. he HATES God, so he HATES those whom God loves.
Put on the full armor of God, which IS Christ ... and pray! With the Shield of faith, take the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, and pray! PRAY! PRAY! Let a righteous anger boil if need be but PRAY in Jesus name! If you are a Christian, you've recieved Christ as your savior, you've asked the Holy Spirit to live IN you but you've never really got down, focused, set your mind to agree with God and prayed in the Spirit, ask God to show you how. Ask the Holy Spirit to lead you and guide you. Set your will to line up with the will of God and pray against the enemy! Pray for the lost, pray FOR those who are doing the burning.... Pray! (Ro. 16:20) "And the God of peace will soon crush satan under YOUR feet!"

@ U dont me... Who are "westerns"? And please understand that I'm not saying that ONLY Muslims are burning Christians, and even the ones who ARE burning people are extremists, like any other extremist group, but, I didn't hear or see these on any "dirty media under control of westerns", I have MANY friends in Africa, 3 of them in Northern Nigeria who have witnessed these attrocities with their own eyes, at the hands of Muslim radicals of "Extremists"! The big picture I think you fail to see is that it's not only Muslims burning Christians. The big picture is followers of [insert relgion here] burning whoever they disagree with. Christians, Muslims, and Jews harbor negative feelings (hatred, fear, prejudice) against other faiths, ideas, or people in general which don't follow their similar set of "ideals".
You can deny what I say above as a lie, or exaggerated, that it's the work of "men" and not "God". I'm expecting that, because it's the easy cop-out for any religious inspired person. But can you honestly say that you as a Christian don't harbor negative emotions towards others? You don't judge others? Above you write that these Muslims are committing "Evil", but in their eyes, they're just wiping out an "Evil" faction so the "Good" can prosper. No different than Christians burning or stoning witches, merciless slaughter of Pagans because they didn't believe in the same "God", the Spanish Inquisition, the Crusades, and more. How much more? There's a mile long list of atrocities committed in the name of Religion.
What you can't deny is all the burnings, executions, and death in general caused by a religious faction relentlessly attacking followers of a different faith or belief structure (or lack of). This has been going on for thousands of years, since the birth of religion, and will continue to do so as long as people blindly follow invisible men in the sky that talk to them.
Religion is pure evil, plain and simple. It divides humanity, inspiring people to hideous acts against one another, all in the name of man-made books which are supposed to be divine. I am very doubtful that humanity will abandon Religion, but maybe one day we'll open our eyes and put down the violent fiction (Bible, Koran) for something a little more reasonable.

If there is Evil, then their HAS TO BE GOOD...That's not the point either though. I see the point you're making, I really do. Mankind did and continues to fight over many things. You see a wave of demonic influence spreading across the land. This world or existence is a spiritual battle field where souls are at stake. These horrible deeds are a result of the devil's work via possession or some other form of wicked magic.
You're right about the video, as well. It's speculation to say "Muslim burning Christian" because without being there and knowing the exact facts, nothing is verifiable. History shows however, that Islam and Christianity aren't exactly friendly to one another. It's definitely possible, at least in my mind, that the video could be true.
I mean, some Islam scholars believe conversion to Christianity should be punishable by death. Isn't it conceivable that they're just trying to wipe out the "enemy" in this case? Do you think this is comparable to say a witch trial, or condemnation of a Pagan follower?
It's certainly possible that possessions or demonic influences are to blame for what is going on. In the back of my mind, I'm seeing (well, in this case more speculating) that two factions are fighting.
Color me confused. Unless I'm mistaken, Satan is a creation of God. Why God would allow such things to transpire is beyond me. No man, woman, or child should be burned, beaten, or be stoned. Seeing, reading, or hearing about this is very frustrating, sad, and confusing.
I apologize for my offensive post previously. After viewing that video, I was so sad and upset and just lost my cool. My determination to see how frequent this type of act takes place brought me here by chance.

I AM a believer, a follower of Jesus, (as much as I am able), I fall short of the mark a LOT! But I do try to listen to and live according to HIS Word. In His Word, which I believe is the Bible, the book of Ephesians say's that "We war not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."
Also, elsewhere in the New Testament, (many places) we are admonished to Love people. We can detest some of the things which people do, but over and over again, the way I see it, our enemy is NOT the person, but against the Spirits behind or even within the person. This is one area where I fall down frequently! Often is the case where my first instinct or reaction is to get pissed at the person and fight...verbally or other, which I STILL do on occasion, but I REALLY try not to. It is amazing to watch what happens when you take these things to God, to actually pray FOR the person whom spitefully uses you or flings false accusations at you or... whatever the case may be. We ARE Spiritual beings, wrapped up in fallible, wicked flesh, living in a Spiritual world, with Spiritual entities all around us...24/7. Therein lies the REAL battle. I'm either going to grow spiritually as a result of the injustices and suffering in and around me, or I'm going to give more ground to the enemy of my soul.... It's why we're here...I Believe!
